Your dumb questions.
Are you 100% vegan + cruelty free?
Yes! Wolf & Pine was founded as a vegan company because we believe in rights for animals. It is often difficult to find vegan personal care and beauty products due to the pervasive use of animal fats and beeswax. It's actually super weird and kind of gross. All of our ingredients are carefully sourced, either plant-based or mineral based. We never test on animals.
Are your items "certified organic"?
Nah man. In order to be labeled as organic, an item must contain 95% organic agricultural material. Therefore, if it contains raw materials like clay or sea salt for example, an item would not qualify for organic certification. Most of our products are made almost entirely with certified organic and wildcraft ingredients, which you can find listed in the ingredient list with an asterix (*).
You should make bath bombs.
That's not a question.
Where do you source your fine-ass ingredients?
Most of our ingredients are sourced from Canada and the US. However, we do source our exotic ingredients from all over the world. We support fairtrade and sustainable harvesting practices. We also harvest most of our wildcraft botanicals ourselves, right here in Northern Ontario.
Where are your products made?
Our products are handmade in our studio in Lively, Ontario. Never heard of it? Probably because it's minuscule. It's just outside of Sudbury, Ontario.
Are you a nut-free facility?
We love nuts, little nuts and big nuts alike: we love to hold them, flick them aggressively without warning and use them in our products (ie: almond, macadamia, argan). The ingredient list is listed on each product, however, there is always a chance of cross-contamination.
Are your products gluten-free?
Does anyone even know what the fuck gluten is ?
Anyway, we use wheatgrass in "Artichoke Me, Daddy" and colloidal oats in 'Prick Milk".
I bought something from you and now I’m disappointed/confused/offended.
If you bought something from our webstore, the answer to your question might be here in our FAQ. Otherwise, email us at email@example.com and we’ll do our best to help. We also can't help you if you're a snowflake.
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges. That being said, if you are unsatisfied with a product, contact us and we will find a solution. We want you to be as stoked about the product as we are.
Do you ship to my inferior country?
We're working on becoming Mr. Worldwide like the overpaid and underwheming Pitbull himself.
But we ship in Canada, USA, and Australia at this time.
If I email you, will I get a different answer to these questions?
No. We'll probably send you a polite response, but we'll also laugh at you and say, "Didn't they read the FAQ?"
